I so enjoy the love and reverence you have for your pets, it is very endearing.
Pocket is such a wonderful name as well!
My cat, Nyx (or Nicholas when I’m feeling silly) hops up on my lap when I write as well and it is just the cutest thing (and also quite distracting haha).
So beautiful, Mya. This warmed my heart. Pocket sounds adorable. It's lovely that there's such trust there so quickly, and I'm sure that indeed that's some of that link being carried over and emanating from you.
She’s adorable. And that’s the exact same length of time between when my neighbour’s old dog died and she was given a new one. We were so shocked - way too early! - but Blossom has settled in beautifully.
I don’t want a pet myself but my goodness they do bring joy. I look after many of them and build strong bonds.
I thought I was allergic to cats but a recent dogsit, where I was told I’d never see the cat as she’s so skittish, proved me wrong thankfully. The cat came inside on the second night, stared up at me, then jumped into my lap and made it very obvious that this was HER lap now, not mine. I was so afraid of allergies I barely touched her, but I didn’t show symptoms so when the same thing happened the following night, I carefully started patting her and she purred and purred. They know their safe places.
I’m so glad you have this new companion. Thanks so much for sharing her with us. 🤗🤗😘😘🐈⬛
How lovely, thank you so much for sharing, Beth! So glad Blossom arrived and settled so unexpectedly, and that you may not be allergic to cats after all! Pets really are a treasure to behold, and they do adopt us back in the most loving fashion. 💚💜💚😸
Aw sweet - GREAT name! We've had two black kitties in our lives (before VVilliam) - congrats on your new family member. 🖤🐈⬛🖤
Thank you, kind sir! 🐈💜💚
Oh my... this is so beautiful. Congratulations!
Thank you so much, Troy!
